Regional San Consolidated Ordinance

The Regional San Consolidated Ordinance sets forth requirements for use of Regional San’s wastewater collection and treatment system; provides for the enforcement of these requirements and establishes penalties for violations; and establishes the rates and fees for users of Regional San’s sewer facilities.

Proposed Changes to Regional San Consolidated Ordinance

A public hearing for the increase of sewer rates and introduction of the sewer impact fees and Ordinance amendments to the Regional San Board of Directors (Board) was held on March 8, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. The public hearing for the adoption of the Ordinance amendments will be held on April 26, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. The Board meetings will be held in the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors Chambers located at 700 H Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. If the sewer impact fees and sewer rates are approved by the Board, the changes would become effective July 1, 2017.
