EchoWater Project Opportunities

Here you will find current contracting opportunities and related information for the EchoWater Project.

Over the next few years, contractors will be hired for a variety of treatment plant upgrade projects through several construction contracts expected to range in value from less than $10 million to more than $400 million.

The combined construction value of all projects is estimated at more than $1 billion. The projects are expected to include a number of wastewater treatment processes, pumping stations, site improvements, electrical and control systems, supporting infrastructure and major excavations.

Request for Prequalification for Equipment Supplier Prequalification – Filter Influent Vertical Axial/Mixed Flow Pumps

Regional San has elected to prequalify equipment suppliers for four (4) filter influent pumps for the Filter Influent Pumping Station, included as part of the Tertiary Treatment Facilities (TTF) project to be undertaken as part of the EchoWater Project.

Regional San held a non-mandatory, informational Contractor Outreach meeting on May 23, 2017, to provide an overview of the current program, and status, schedule, and planned elements of the EchoWater Project, and to address questions relating to the upcoming pre-qualification packages for the Tertiary Treatment Facility Project and Electrical contractors.
