On May 28, local, state, and federal officials gathered at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant to officially launch construction of the EchoWater Project, one of the largest public works projects in the Sacramento region. This massive upgrade to the treatment plant will help Regional San meet strict new water quality requirements, as well as maximize water recycling opportunities.
