RFP for Engineering and Geotechnical Studies for Solids Storage Basin and Corrective Action Program

The Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (Regional San) is seeking proposals for consulting services for (1) engineering and geotechnical studies to determine to what extent, if any, the Solids Storage Basins at the Sacramento Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (SRWTP) are impacting groundwater (2) engineering and geotechnical studies to determine the effectiveness of the SRWTP’s Corrective Action Program in reducing nitrates, chlorides, total dissolved solids and specific conductivity in groundwater in groundwater downgradient of SRWTP’s solids disposal operations areas and (3) the installation of new extraction wells or replacement of existing wells, biofouling assessments, and other tasks associated with regulatory compliance related to solids disposal operations including, but not limited to investigations, studies, maintenance and improvements to structures, equipment, piping and instrumentation.
