Regional San (formerly known as the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District) is soliciting a request for proposals to establish an annual contract for proven chemical products that treat liquid phase hydrogen sulfide, equipment in conveying the product, and service to maintain the equipment and provide technical recommendations to Regional San.
