SPA Project – Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR)
The Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District / Sacramento Power Authority (SPA) / City of Sacramento Water Recycling Pipeline Project (SPA Project) was certified by the Regional San Board of Directors on November 12, 2014.
Note: The Draft EIR for the Project, along with the Response to Comments on the Draft EIR Document, constitutes the Final EIR for the Project. These documents are provided below.
